Diane brings all aspects of raw land entitlement expertise to Developers
Edge.
Having 20 years experience in the entitlement of raw land properties in
Southern California, she has the qualifications to add value and
success to all Developers Edge projects.
Diane
moved to Orange County in 1989 where she was employed by two
real estate syndicators, Teachers Management & Investment
Corporation as Development Coordinator and Bennett Consolidated as
Southern California Regional Manager. Both real estate syndicators
focused on adding value through the entitlement of raw land properties.
She recently spent 10 years as the Entitlement Manager of Sage
Community Group, Inc. in Newport Beach where she managed all aspects of
entitlement, forward planning, CEQA, specific plans, and securing
appropriate development approvals from various State and Federal
agencies along with local jurisdictions. During her tenure Diane
was responsible for the entitlement approvals of four residential raw
land projects as well as the sale of two of those projects to two
public builders.
Diane has been involved with the
Riverside Chapter of the Building Industry Association (BIA) serving on
the Board of Directors since 2000. She also served on the Executive
Board from 2006 to 2009 as Vice President of Marketing. In 2003 Diane
received the Clayton Record, Jr. “Volunteer of the Year” award.
Diane
graduated from Fresno State University in 1988 with a Business
Degree emphasizing International Business and Real Estate.
